Before the Scientific Circular Periodic Table is applied, one must first learn about a base philosophy in nature, a basic circular understanding in natural systems here with planet earth, which universities fail to identify at present. It is to do with how natural systems slowly support the formation of another one which is demonstrated by the clockwise motion and its concept of time.
